Before asking for help, please read the Common Solutions below first.

This program is unavailable in your country.

We only support the European client. Make sure you downloaded the whole Client from our Webpage

Failed to Initialize the game.

Your Client contains modified or broken files, Use the Website to download the Newest Client.

No game server is available to the authorization server.

You are missing files necessary to connect, please Download and Reinstall Aion Launcher again.

Start the Aion Launcher as Administrator.

Having Problems with our Launcher?

Download the files here and place it in your Aion Client (C:/Program Files/GlobalXcentra/) folder.

Run the bat file to start the game.
